Hello Osis,

You need a calculated column to get the same number that is displayed in Inventory and OrderEntry as the quantity curently available for sale. Use this formula for the calculation:

{Qty on Hand 2} +
{Qty on Hand 3} +
{Qty on Hand 4} +
{Qty on Hand 5} -
{Qty Shipped not Cost}
