Thank you for sending the data, Vlad. I found that the problem occurred for those customers that had É as the first character of customer Short Name. This was even if I removed 'Customer name' from the list of fields to sort and select by, though customers with Short Names without an É still print when Customer Name is part of the Sort/Selection field list.

I had earlier emailed you that having É as the first character of customer Name 1 also caused the problem, but I later found that this isn't the case, and it is just the Short Name causing the problem. You can correct the customers by replacing ÉCOLE in the customer short name with ECOLE, either manually or via an import customers template.
