Create a Filter for the items you want labels for in the sequence you want the labels printed. Select the Filter and choose the fields you want on the label using the Grid editor. ExcelDirect the resulting grid and use Word to merge the records for Excel onto the label stock you want (Word has a wizard to do this.)
