If you print a posting journal and it's blank, yet Year End incidates otherwise, the problem typically is with the posting journal data file itself. I have seen situations when the journal was printed and cleared, yet the data file was not cleared.
If you have the printout for your audit trail and simply wish to remove the file, then all you have to do is remove the data file. Go to your data directory and look for files that start with 'TBPOST'. You will find two such files; TBPOSTB is the billing posting journal file, and TBPOSTT is the time posting journal file. When both are cleared successfully, they should have a zero file size. You can safely delete the file, as it will be recreated the next time you post.
