I've resorted to creating new Vendors with a new Control Account and then using Toolkit to combine the old Vendor into the new Vendor. Is there any reason why Vendors accounts have to be at zero balance before we are given the ability to change their Control Account? This is a lot of extra work. Can you change this so we have the ability to change control accounts whenever we want to?
What we actually need is not Control Accounts, but Report Groups that you can define and select from a drop down menu(the same as AR). The only reason we're using Control accounts is for reporting purposes, and AP doesn't allow us to define and select Report Groups. Can you add the ability to define Report Groups to AP so we can stop using Control Accounts????
