We have heard from your Dealer. He informed us that the problem is that an invoice got posted that now appears not to have a Customer Number attached to it!

We gave him the same suggestion as posted by Andrew, with a couple other options if the Adagio Rebuild is unable to fix the errors that you saw in the Adagio DIC...basically to restore from the most recent backup made or to see about getting a Database repair.

Even if we were able to see the data, it is difficult if not impossible to determine what could have caused this to occur. Data corruption can occur from anything ranging from faulty hardware to incorrectly setup network environment to power surges/outages during crucial proceduress being performed in the data.
