Is it worthwhile asking Purolator to "get real"? Really, normalizing addresses by them makes way more sense than every one of their clients having to go through this process. You could at least ask them if they have any tools to normalize addresses in this way (and they should, since they're owned by the Cananada Post).

This type of "parsing" out of an address line can actually be done using GridView, if the incoming addresses are well formed.
