Im not sure what this statement means?

"Results are determined based on whether transactions still exist in Current or History, and the completion dates of invoices stored in the AR Matching file. Incomplete or incorrect data will produce an incorrect report."


I haven't deleted or purged any data, yet the results I am getting are simply not accurate at all.
