We run Adagio for our own company data on a Novell server. That should give you confidence as to how well we think it runs.

As for versions, the server isn't as important as the Novell Client32 - which has much more impact as to how Adagio works. Make sure that you have all service packs for a Novell Client32 installed - we have run into instances where not being current with Novell has adversely affected Adagio.

We have a number of Adagio installations across North America and beyond on Novell, NT and Win2000 networks. We also have installations on Win2000 terminal and Citrix servers and peer-peer networks. There likely are other environments that we are unaware of (perhaps Linux, etc). 'How well' it runs is a subjective question where 2 people using the same machine could have 2 different opinions as to the performance. We think it runs pretty well.
