It's not the resolution per se, (as our previous response indicates) - it's just the Advanced setting for Large Fonts that causes the problem.

We have people here that use 1024x768 for example, and I actually use a higher res of 1280x1024 on my Win2000 station, however, I use the default of 'Small Fonts'.
