Workstation/network security rights?
File is locked on the server or otherwise in use?
Is the version of Windows different for the workstations exeriencing the problem?

Since it works correctly for some workstations, the problem likely lies with the workstation. Try rebooting, and also investigate if the ZipDLL.dll file has any security settings on it.

There are no known problems with this error message. You may need to contact your Adagio consultant.
