The number of characters in the Sales Analysis online inquiry is the maximum it is, to fit within the structure. This maximum cannot be exceeded.

You can reduce the number of characters used for a field, so that you can fit more columns. For example, you may not need 15 characters to view quantity or amount information. Edit the column width to a smaller number and this may allow you to get under the 164 maximum.

Also, there may be some information that is replicated and not required, such as a customer number in the detail drill-down if the Name is already there. Check if there are any columns that could be removed from either the summary or detail views.
