This morning we started getting "error" messages when re-entering orders telling us the order number is locked, do we want to unlock? We do and we can, but why is it doing that?

The OE order template is set to skip the "lock" field with the default for it not to be checked. However, when I edit the Security User Groups Order Template for OE I cannot get it to remain in that setting. It continues to revert in the default to have the Locked? field checked.

So I can see where the problem is coming from, but need some direction as to how to finally get the default set so that orders are not automatically locked. OE is 8.1D
