There is currently no way to 'renumber' existing accounts using Adagio Ledger, let alone retaining the historical information.

There have been suggestions for a function or option that would allow for this, but not knowing how complex the job would be for R&D I have no idea of their plans in this respect.

There was (is?) an ACCPAC Plus companion product called GL Account Number Change, but it is designed for use with ACCPAC Plus GL only. If you are still using ACCPAC Plus, you may be able to use it to accomodate the Account number changes you want. Your Dealer should have information on these products.
