The Online Inquiry template for Top 20 Customers does not display those customers in the Summary grid. Rather, when you click the Print button, you can print the report to show the Top 20 customers.

There is a Standard report that also can print the Top 20 customers from the Reports menu. This will likely be faster than Online Inquiry. But you couldn't do Top 20 by Quantity or Profit, or show a Bar Chart, etc - Online Inquiry has greater flexibility and customizablility.
