We have a client experiencing this problem since upgrading to AR9.0B. The highlighted customer seems to jump by 2 or 3 (up or down) after viewing/editing a customer account.

Answers to your questions:
  • They primarily use the Find button. It doesn't seem to matter whether the finder is set to Highlight, View or Edit. All three produce same problem
  • They have resized the customer grid. One workstation displays 27 customers at a time, one displays 26 and one displays 22. All three have the problem.
  • List is sorted by customer number
  • No filter is active
  • ADS32 file date is 10/6/2010, version is 1.12.54.2689
