Mike,
This sounds like a QB issue, not Adagio. If you are using an evaluation version of Quickbooks, it has expired and you will need to purchase a licensed version. Also, my understanding is that the latest FX Pro does not support QB. Softrak's Technical Support may want to confirm that.
