Apparently I don't have a back of the program folder from before I re-installed. The only good thing being that I am now correcting our back up system. So.. I guess I'll try re-installing all the applications instead.

When you say, "reinstall your other applications", I'm assuming you mean installing the programs again using the full version .exe files rather than using wksetup.exe. Can you confirm?
