Those files are the Fax images that get generated when printing documents to Fax. They were created by Order Entry.

You should be able to open the Fax Queue (from the Fax menu) and click the Clear All button to remove those files that have been sent. Or if there are faxes not yet sent and you don't want to send them, they can be selected and Deleted.

It's best not to delete files via Windows Explorer if there is a way to clear them by using the Adagio programs.
