We'll need to get more information from you. Please answer each of the following questions:
(1) Does this error occur on one workstation or on all workstations?
(2) When did the error begin occurring? For example, is this a new workstation? Did you just install a program update? If so, what? Did you get a new server? If so, what kind?
(3) Do you know if you have full access to the Softrak\System folder on the server?
(4) If you drill down to the Softrak\System folder on the server using Windows Explorer, can you see the ADS32.dll file? If so, what is the date of the file and what is its version (you can see the version information when you right click on the file and select the Versions tab; we only need the last 4 numbers).
