I think we can all agree that a batch numbered as 0 is a bad idea! Further to Support's notes, you have 2 options:

Restore from 3-day old Backup:
Advantage = $0.00 cost
Disadvantage = Time to re-enter a week's worth of work

Get data fixed:
Advantage = No lost time
Disadvantage: A cost likely between $200 and $450

I would suggest asking your Adagio consultant for his/her cost and turn-around time.
