No, Day end was not run when we ran the report. I know the one item in question was not billed since we did not have any of this product in this week. A sales order only was made up and a picking slip printed and this was done this morning. After lunch our buyers runs the report for last min additions for the truck coming in. So qty shipped not costed was not an issue in this case. I don't see how the values of the quantity had changed. However like I originally said a few wks ago When I ran the reorder report after Day end processing the missing items did appear on the reorder report ran from my buyers computer. However he did have to close Adagio for me to run day end. So he had to refresh his computer and get his ram back up to par. Yes I don't really understand why there is a delay in getting these new sale order items to appear either. For now I'm telling him to reboot his computer before he does his final buy for this vendor. Refreshing it seems to work.
