If you can give us a clue as to what is happening when you use the FiscalPeriod date function, I'm sure we can give you a clue as to why you are having problems!

Please tell us what the exact syntax of your formula is as it exists in Crystal Reports for Adagio.

What is the exact error message you are getting, and at what exact point does it occur? (i.e. when you first open the report or when you print the report - or ??)

Do you have the date field inserted in the detail area of your report?

What is the table name are you using to report on your GL data with? Are you using Adagio Ledger or ACCPAC Plus?
