I don't believe there should be a problem running those versions of Quik Reports and Sales Analysis. SA is what installs the table used for reporting on the data.
There are 3 likely reasons that you are seeing duplicate data in a QR report:
1) The links in the report are incorrect. For 99% of the reports written, the Link Mode should be One-to-one. Also, the SRTRANS data file should be the driving file in most cases as well, so if you have something different you will need to correct them.
2) Similar records appear identical. In some cases, 2 records may have most of the fields in common, but a couple are different. If those different field are not placed on the report, then the records look like they are duplicates. The OE header file is an example of this, where an invoice and credit note lok identical. The Document type field is what differentiates them. You should look for any fields like this you can place in the detail section of the report for testing.
3)There actually are duplicate records in the database. Though this is unlikely, you should check Sales Analysis for the records in question and verify that there in fact are no duplicates. If this is Softrak's Sales Analysis, you may be able to run a function called Remove Duplicate Sales Data, depending on your version.
