Printer time out settings are only an issue for DOS programs such as ACCPAC Plus. Windows programs (such as Adagio) are not affected by the printer timeout settings.

Also, if these problems are recent, then you should also check anything that has changed recently. Is this a new printer? Is the problem from a new workstation, perhaps with a new version of Windows installed?

If you work through the checklist provided by Technical Support, it shouldn't take long to isolate what's causing the problem.
