The 'Sales History' tab within the Item Inquiry function lists periods that get separated and updated every time Period End Processing is performed in Inventory. Do you run Period End? I suspect that this is not part of your month end process.

Sales History is strictly statistical in nature and not the best place to analyze sales. Within IC, the Transaction History would be better because more detailed information is available. Using a reporting tool such as GridView against this is even better.

If you use Adagio OrderEntry and want to have good sales reporting, your absolute best choice is to use the Adagio SalesAnalysis program, as the data organization is best set up for reporting.

Adagio webinars are free if you are on a current upgrade support plan. Barring that, more training would be best provided by your Adagio consultant.
