Ok, thanks for the additional information. If you really would like to know more about the errors DataCare reported on SA data, you can do a 'verbose' DataCare report to see what those errors are exactly. The verbose option will give you much more detail on the errors than either the Terse or Condensed.

To get a 'verbose' listing, you must change this option in DataCare's Housekeeping - Company Profile. The option is near the bottom of the screen, called 'Diagnostic Level'.

After changing it, you could run a 'single entry check' on SA, then select Reports from the DataCare main menu - Print Log. If you print this to screen, you will be able to see more detail.

This may be redundant now that you are not having any problems. Glad to hear all is ok now!
