The more complete the information given, the better the assistance that can be provided.

You always need to provide the version numbers of the modules (GL & AR) at the very least. The version of the ADS (Adagio Data Source) can also be helpful. Use Help | About and gve the complete version number of the modules in the format 9.99X (YYMMDD). In any module, the line "Database Version (or Source):" gives the ADS version number.

Other key & helpful factors can be (but not limited to):
<> Has this been working before and suddenly stopped ?
<> Any recent Upgrades since the last time it worked ?
<> Have you tried it on sample data and with what result ?
