Dear Tim
To accomodate all the fancy productivity options of your laser printer, you can (at least for the time being) setup a 'copy' of your existing Windows Printer and configure it the way you need to in order to accomplish certain tasks. Depending on what you need to have the printer do, you can switch over to that printer when required, prior to printing in Adagio, then print the Adagio reports you need.
For example, if you at times want the report to have watermarks AND be stapled, then setup a copy of your existing Windows printer to carry out these tasks, then rename the printer to say 'Mark & Staple'. You can do this for several types of tasks.
For convenience, you can also put these different 'Printers' either on your Desktop or on the Windows Start Taskbar. When you need to print to a specific one, all you have to do is right-click on the specific icon, and select 'Set as default printer', then go ahead and print the report in question. (That is of course, if you are printing to the printer that is setup as the Windows' default printer.)
Alternatively, you can setup these printers as described above, then in the Adagio Print Options screen, click on Setup as you have been doing, and select the desired 'Printer' for the job at hand.
These are pretty much the only alternatives at your disposal for now though.
Regards,
