Hi Michelle
If it is just checks that you are having a problem with, here are some quick suggestions:
1. Check to ensure that the actual file name of the specification is not more than 8 characters in length. (Of course, you do need the default "AP$", or if you are speaking of Adagio Checks, "QC$".) Just recently, this has been identified as a problem on some Windows 98 machines, but not other Windows' O/S's.
2. Make sure that the printer you are using for Checks is NOT using a PCL6 emulation. On some machines and Windows O/S's this is a known problem. PCL5 is ok and has no known issues.
3. Try the same process in sample data, printing to the same printer you are trying to use with your real data. If sample data checks print ok, then there is something about your data that is preventing the successful completion to the printer. Also, try using one of the sample data check specifications to print your checks in your data. If your checks print ok using the sample spec, then something in your check specification needs to be modified or looked at.
Hope this helps - please let us know how you make out!
