Indeed if an item has zero qty shipped and zero qty backordered, Adagio OrderEntry considers this detail 'Completed' and it cannot be deleted or modified, as 'outstanding' items can be. But if you have a custom report that reads the 'qty ordered' field, you are correct that this detail will still appear on the reports.

My first thought is to modify your re-order reports to not select 'completed' details. There is a field 'Complete?' within the order entry detail table that can be used as a filter, and you would want to select only those items with a value of False.

As you cannot delete completed details, if modifying the re-order reports is not a possibility, then your only recourse to having the item not appear on your report is to delete and re-enter the order.

(Or have your data edited with GridView Read/Write to change the qty value from 1 to 0, but that might have other implications. Talk to your Adagio consultant about this, and some sort of charge to make this edit would likely apply).
