I found something.

On Sept 14, DataCare reported a File Error.

It said:
-------------------------------------------
Adagio Receivables: File Integrity

Control Accounts ... Checked OK
Adjustment Batch Detail ... Checked OK
Adjustment Batch Header ... Checked OK
Customer Alerts ... 1 error(s) found ........................................... FAILED

Summary

File Integrity ... 1 error(s) found ............................................ FAILED

Rebuilding Customer Alerts ... Done

Finished rebuilding integrity errors.
Please repeat Data Integrity Check.

-------------------------------------------

I repeated the Data Integrity check the same night and everything was okay. I figured one alert might have been messed up, but never would have guessed all the alerts in AR would have been wiped out!

This was the first integrity check that we ran after our offices (including workstations and our SBS server) was moved to our temporary office in our back warehouse so our new offices could be built. Maybe a hardware glitch when reconnecting everything?

I just now unchecked DataCare Company Profile/Job Defaults where it says rebuild file and application integrity errors. If I leave these unchecked will it give me an opportunity to repair the errors manually instead of have it wipe out data?

We had further file errors on Sept 22 that said:

-------------------------------------------

Adagio OrderEntry: File Integrity
Sales Order Detail ... 2 error(s) found ........................................ FAILED

Summary

File Integrity ... 2 error(s) found ............................................ FAILED

Can I look for somewhere for data that might have been lost there??
