Territory could work as a workaround, but it would likely make our situation more complicated that it needs to be. I hoped by luck or chance it might be something that Softrak could update easily on their next OE Service Pack.
We already have our runs established using Ship Via which prints on our Invoices and that's what our drivers look for. We also search customers using the ship via field to get a list of every customer on a particular run so we can call the customers ahead on that run to see if they need anything, etc. It's working great except that we are limited to 10.
