Cashbook Year end close problem:
I've tried to close out our cashbook for the year end but ran into some problems. At the time of closing, it is necessary to post, print and clear batch status before closing. I've posted and printed the batch status but the pop up screen to clear did not appear therefore not allowing me to finalize the close. Do you know what the problem is??
