What is the exact version and release date of OE you are using? I ask because if you are using one of our latest releases, you can run DIC and rebuild the resulting errors. This will clear the message you are receiving.
Is anyone still using ACCPAC Plus for anything? This will create the message. Also, check in your Company Profile to see if the Keep History option has been turned off as this can also cause the message.
