Basically, when you look at the addresses in GridView, a formatted address would use Address1, Address2, Address3, City, State/Prov, Country and Zip/Postal.

However, if you look at the Address4 field, you'll see more of what the unformatted address would look like. The unformatted addresses use Address1, Address2, Address3, Address4 and Zip/Postal. They do not use the City, State/Prov or Country fields.

You are also able to see the Formatted Address field which should tell you whether the address was formatted on conversion or not. (Note that if the address was formatted at conversion and the flag is subsequently turned off, the City, State/Prov and Country fields are still populated.)
