I am sure that Softrak finds it very fustrating also when they follow the Windows standard, have Help Icons available, uses the F1 convention, lengthly help documentation and online manual and people do not use them. They must ask what else can we do?
As a IT manager, I am sure you are aware of how Windows some times do not uninstall things properly and because of this, there is more and more of a need to have consultants to come in and install software. There is no way to know what has happened went wrong with your computer over the phone or over an email.
