Dear Leon

You can use the command PEREMOVE to remove the QR Printer from the desired applications, in the same way you used PEAPPEND...

If you wish to remove the QR printer from Accpac Plus applications, the command is PEREMOVE.EXE.

Go to the QRASP directory.
At the DOS prompt, type in PEREMOVE.EXE and then the application you wish to remove QR Printer from.

For example, for IC 65a, the command is:
C:\QRASP>peremove ic65a

This will be displayed on the screen:
C:\QRASP>peremove ic65a

PEREMOVE will remove QR Print Engine : IC65A

Updating \ICASP\ICMRSC.LD4...

Removing Loader and Print Engine from \ICASP

C:\QRASP>

(NOTE: You may require full network rights in order to perform the above commands effectively on a network server.)

Otherwise, the original error you were receiving "The values specified in the application resource file result in a global area which is larger than allowed" (pertaining to QR) has only been associated with WSM7.0, SP2 as previously posted.

Other than that, if you really need to use the QR Printer with IC, you could always try reinstalling QR after running PEREMOVE, as you should be prompted by a question asking you if you wish to install the Quik Reports Printer to existing applications during the QR installation procedure.

Also, check the QR Options - Configure settings to see if the PEDefRepFile option is set to [N] (which is the default).
1. Open QR
2. Select Options - Configure
3. Go down to the 'Default PE Rep File' option and enter [Y] to this selection.

From the QR Help information:
"DEFAULT PE REP FILE
- If you enter Y in this field, Quik Reports will automatically open an application-related report file when you start up the Quik Report Printer from an ACCPAC Plus application. The file is named QRXXRPT, where XX is the application prefix. This option is turned off by default."

Hope this helps!

Regards
