Hi Anna,

Ledger 90B has a change in regards to the most recently used database, as now this information is saved for each user, rather than a single path for all users. This means that if another user accesses a particular company, that will not affect your most recently accessed company.

To start with, check the shortcut you are using to load Adagio Ledger. Within the Target, do you have any parameters assigned to default a data path? It would look something like /dC:\softrak\data\ercb. If you want Adagio Ledger to give you a different default path, either edit what is already on the shortcut Target, or add a paraemter such as /dC:\softrak\data. If you do not have this but choose to, ensure that there is no space between the /d and the path (C:\...). Also you need to include the data extenstion parameter /eDAT where DAT is your data extenstion.

Also, does each user have a unique Adagio user ID? Or do users all log in as SYS or otherwise share Adagio user IDs. In Ledger 90B and other recent releases, Windows user authentication is in place, meaning that if you log into a workstation as a particular Windows user, the Adagio user ID is remembered with that. This happens if the 'Remember user' checkbox is selected on the Adagio Ledger login screen.
