Thanks, Doug, you are a genius. That worked like a charm. The only trick was printing multiple invoices to file, but eventually I figured a way round that. In OE, along the top left hand, there is a button marked 'Order Entry'; when you click it, you can print multiple invoices, but NOT to file. In the main page that loads when we open, there is only a facility to print one at a time, which would take forever, since there were 592 to get rid of. I finally used the 'Order Entry' tab, and chose a PDF printer we have. Printed it to that, it created its own file, and VOILA. I ran a day end, and all is clean and tidy now! I can go home and drink wine to celebrate.
