I know that each program has individual settings and for some reason it is not allowing me in on OE however I have gone in on System Administrator and set up the email options but still got the same results. I think you are right in thinking that something on our invoice (maybe the logo) is not PDF compatible. I haven't found any form to try that doesn't have this, however I told the customer that the program won't let me email and he will have to wait for snail mail.
