Retired_Guy Adagio Master Registered: 03/16/99 Posts: 10504 Loc: Canada	Hi Steve, Sorry, we disagree. The posting journals should be printed and purged at the end of the year. We would recommend they be printed to a PDF file and that be stored with a backup of the data on a CD. _________________________ Andrew Bates
