I apologize, but I am not sure exactly what the problem you are having. Is this for Quik Check for Windows, Adagio Checks, or Quik Check for DOS? Is this a multi-user problem or a data problem or something else?

If you could re-post here the program and version you are running, and the function you are unable to use as you expected to, that would help me to ba able to answer it better for you.
