I'm going to tell you a secret (but don't tell anyone at Softrak that I told you).

The reports that are available in SalesAnalysis under Reports | Standard Reports are not designed to be used, other than with sample data. You can and should ignore them.

All useful reports in SalesAnalysis are to be found under Inquiries | Online Inquiry. The fact that they are called inquiries is a misnomer, they are really reports.

If you don't already know how to create your own inquiries, then you must learn how in order to fully use the program. You can take a look at the 20 or so samples, but it is unlikely they will give you exactly what you need.

However, it takes so little time to create an inquiry (once you learn how) that you shouldn't have to rely on the built-in ones.
