Hi Gary
Ok - your answers are good. (i.e. there's nothing there that would be causing an issue.)
Ok, if you would like to retain Receivables as it seems to be working alright, then modify the earlier recommended procedures in this way:
ON THE SERVER:
Instead of RENAMING the whole SOFTRAK folder - just rename:
-APWIN
-ALWIN
-Do NOT rename the 3RDPARTY directory.
ON THE WORKSTATIONS RUNNING ADAGIO:
-Do NOT rename the Crystal directory.
-Ensure that Adagio is NOT installed on their local hard drive(s) (use the previous post for more info on this.)
From here, continue as in the previous post. (If you have any ptfs for AL or AP installed, after reinstalling those programs to the Server, you should install the ptfs.)
(You will NOT have to reinstall the Softline DBI MUP 10user (Lanpaks).) CM uses 3RDPARTY, as does the Softline DBI MUP (LanPaks) so this is good enough reason to leave that directory alone if these products are working ok.
Good luck!
PS We are up to V6.8A of Adagio now in all modules - there have been many modifications and enhancements to these products from the versions you are now using. In addition, they do not use the Softline DBI now - they use our own 'ADS' (Adagio Data Source), and yes - they still work with ACCPAC Plus data!
