Check the Select options on the Transaction History tab in Inquiry w/Sales & Costs. If Adjustments is the only option turned on (selected), click to select the 'All' option.

Also, set the Date to Starting is blank and Ending is 12/31/2019 and do similar for any other Sort by options.
