Judging from your answer, I'm not sure if you are aware, but the current version of JC doesn't have a standard report to print notes. And GridView (which is what Karen has) doesn't do a good job of printing anything more than the first x characters of a note.

In any case, I think Karen wants to suggest that the next version allow alert notes to be printed.
