Hello Arnice
Yes, this is possible. Are you using Adagio Invoices, Quik Invoice Plus for Windows or Quik Invoice Plus for DOS?
Information on how to do this can be found in the manuals for all the above versions. The methods vary slightly between the Windows and DOS versions, however, the specification codes should be the same, depending on if you are using a current version or not.
TAX INFORMATION:
QIWIN and Adagio Invoices
To show the taxes separate at the bottom (footer) of the invoice, use spec codes E53 through E57 for Tax Jurisdiction 1 - 5 amounts and E96 - E100 for their respective descriptions.
QIP DOS
Same as above.
ITEM TEXT LINES:
Adagio and QIWIN
You must insert a section (Detail line X) for every text line (1 through 10) that you want to have appear on your invoice. You then would insert the spec code fields D29 - 38 for Text lines 1 - 10 under each Detail Line section. These fields can be found in the Specification List under the section 'Item' - 'Text lines'.
For example, if you wanted to use Text lines 1 through 5, you would insert 5 different Detail Line 'sections'. Under the 1st section, you would insert the spec code field D29 (Text line 1), under the next section, you would insert D30 (Text line 2) and so on until you have all the text lines you want under each separate detail line section.
If you need an example, use one of the sample specs provided with QIWIN/Adagio Invoices. These can be found in the Softrak\QIWIN\Samdata directory. You can copy them to your own data directory, then change the 3 char data file extension to match yours to be able to use them with your own data.
QIP DOS
It works similarly for the DOS version, using the DOS Specification Editor. If your text lines are for Item Text that have a Style code A, then you would ensure that for every text line, you had a line beginning with .A and/or .a to put the spec codes on.
Hope this helps.
