Are you running v8.1A or 8.1B? If our records are correct, it's 8.1A and it's probably best to upgrade. I'll send you the download link and new registration codes.

Which report are you trying to run? Does the company profile report print correctly? One possibility...perhaps your numeric formatting is unexpected. Under Windows, are your numbers formatted as '99,999,999.99'. I believe the French reverse the commas and periods.
