You're asking about restoring from an Adagio backup and not some other program?

If so and, if all you want to restore are the GL files, open the BK*.zip file that contains the backup, highlight only the GL files and extract them to the folder of your choosing.

NOTE: It's always best to move the 'old' GL files out to another location, perhaps a holding folder until you're sure all is okay, 'prior' to restoring the GL files from the backup zip.
